All classes are open to men and women age 17 and up. No prior experience is required unless otherwise indicated.

KRAV MAGA
Krav Maga’s techniques are battlefield-tested and proven to quickly eliminate threats. The moves are simple to perform and work powerfully with your body’s natural instincts which makes it easy to master, even for a novice. You’ll be fitter and more confident in no time! Krav Maga classes are fast paced, fun and taught by certified instructors, several of whom are among the very few Krav Maga black belts in the U.S. Give it a try...it’s the workout that could save your life!

CARDIO XTREME
This ain't your mama's cardio kickboxing! Five 5 minute rounds of punches, kicks, muay thai, ground and pound, strength, core and more will get you into the best shape of your life! This no-contact, no-partner 30-minute workout perfect when you're tight on time.

FITNESS
Classic strength and conditioning meets functional movement and high intensity intervals. Everything you need to transform your body!

WEAPONS DISARM WORKSHOP
One Friday of every month in Gahanna, we have a free weapons disarm workshop for our members. Learn Krav Maga techniques for disarming attackers who have knives, sticks, long rifles and hand guns. These are easy to learn, easy to do and extremely effective! This monthly workshop is free to OKM members, law enforcement and educators, and can be attended by non-members for a $19 fee.

BOXING TAUGHT BY OLYMPIC GOLD MEDALIST JERRY PAGE
Learn boxing skills while getting a great workout. Improve your punching, combinations, defense and conditioning with an Olympic Gold Medalist—it doesn’t get any better than that! This non-contact workout is taught by Jerry Page who took the gold in the 1984 L.A. games. We are thrilled to have him as a staff member at our facility!
