We will cover a variety of CrossFit topics for all ranges of athlete, from "never CrossFitted before" to experienced CrossFitter. Choose one seminar or both! Open to the public. Members get a discount...get the code here.

CrossFit Seminar: 12:30pm - 3:30pm
Learn basic principles behind CrossFit, discuss nutrition and how it affects health and athletic performance, and learn good form and practice basic CrossFit exercises such as squats and presses. Also have the opportunity to work on rowing, pullups, ring exercises and more.

Olympic Lifting seminar: 3:30pm - 5:30pm
Learn good form and practice front squat, muscle clean, power clean and squat clean.

*Unlike level 1 tests, there is no review workshop the night of the level 2 or 3 test. If you are planning on testing level 2 to 3 or 3 to 4, this workshop a week before the test is REQUIRED and is your last opportunity to review the entire curriculum at once. After attending the workshop, you will be able to enter your e-mail address to register for the test.
